Under the premise that the equipment operating conditions (working temperature, load, and ambient temperature) remained completely consistent, professional instruments such as high-precision temperature sensors, heat flow meters, and electric energy meters were used to monitor the equipment surface temperature and heat dissipation loss respectively before and after the installation of thermal insulation sleeves. Taking the thermal insulation sleeve photos fed back from the on-site customer visit as an example: In this test scenario, when the equipment valves were not equipped with thermal insulation sleeves, their high-temperature surfaces continuously dissipated heat outward, resulting in the equipment temperature reaching as high as 210℃ during operation. After the thermal insulation sleeves were installed, heat dissipation was effectively blocked, and the ambient temperature around the equipment dropped directly to about 40℃.—— After installing thermal insulation sleeves on the equipment pipes and valves, the temperature dropped significantly to around 40℃, which successfully met the standard of normal equipment operating temperature.
